Meet the Team

Tom 'Tank' Philbey is one of the founders of the company and still regularly found around lakeside where he loves getting involved in the sessions and doing what he does best, chatting with our amazing customers.

Maud has been with the Team for past 3 years, she is a qualified Beach and Open Water Lifeguard as well as an Artist/Writer. She has written a number of short plays and had her Art on display all whilst keeping swimmers safe at the Lake.

Pia is mostly stuck in the office as the brains behind the operation, but you can still find her at the lake regularly as she takes a well earned break from the keyboard and puts the swimsuit back on to take in the fresh air and beauty of Beckenham Place Park.

Otis can normally be found jumping around on a paddle board entertaining the children on their sessions. He is a brilliant addition to the permanent team for 2024, after finishing his studies.

Adam is Site Lead at Beckenham Place Park. He has been with us since almost the beginning and we're hoping he's going to be with us for a while longer. He's proved to be extremely popular amongst our younger customers, particularly with the activity clubs.
